An event that marks generations, participate!

What does it mean to volunteer at the People's Festivals?

It means joining an organized, supported, and trained team that works in different areas that are fundamental to the success of the Festivals. Each volunteer is placed according to their profile, interests, and skills, and may collaborate in areas such as:

  • Logistics and operations – support in assembling structures, managing materials, and organizing spaces.

  • Communication – photography, video, social media, visitor reception and support for information teams.

  • On-site coordination – supporting street leaders, organizing traffic flows, and controlling access.

  • Animation and tourist support – accompanying visitors, providing guidance and promoting cultural activities.

Training, learning and certification

Before the start of the festivities, all volunteers participate in a training period lasting approximately one week:

  • History and meaning of the People's Festivals

  • Cultural and social importance of the event

  • Safety, hospitality and teamwork

  • Practical field simulations

At the end, each participant receives a certificate of participation , indicating the area in which they collaborated — a real, recognized, and valuable experience in their personal and professional journey.
